Upon course completion, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of the roles and responsibilities associated with an HSE Representative, empowering them to conduct fundamental inspections and actively partake in HSE committee proceedings. The summative assessment, conducted at the course's conclusion, evaluates the learner's ability to comprehensively explain various aspects of occupational health and safety, effectively engage in HSE committee procedures, conduct basic workplace inspections, identify information requirements from employers to support specific inspection needs, and recognize additional training needs.
